“Due to the fragile nature of glass items, returns are only accepted for items received damaged. Claims must be reported within 24 hours with proof (images/video).”

 

At Bababonga, we value your trust and ensure that every product is carefully checked before dispatch. Since we deal in sensitive items like glassware and essential oils, our return and refund terms are strict to maintain quality and hygiene.


1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

  • Refunds or returns are only accepted if the product delivered is wrong or defective.

  • The issue must be reported on the same day of delivery through our customer service.

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product reported after the day of delivery.

  • Used or opened items (glass pipes, bubblers, bongs, accessories, or essential oils).

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.


3. Process for Claiming Refund/Return

  • Contact our Customer Service team the same day your parcel is delivered:

  • Provide your order number and clear pictures of the defective/wrong item.

  • Once verified, our team will arrange return/exchange or issue a refund.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after verification.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer or store credit.


💡 Note: Refunds/returns will not be entertained for any reason other than wrong or defective delivery. All products are intended for legal use only.
