3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification once your order is dispatched.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD) service.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.

5. Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us the same day of delivery at:

  • Once the parcel is dispatched, Bababonga is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations beyond our control.
